Primary goals of this service include expert validation services for blood pressure cuffs, ensuring accurate readings and reliable data for patient care, along with acute and longitudinal blood pressure management. The pharmacist-led HTN clinic is a referral-based service, serving departments institution-wide such as nephrology, cardiology, primary care, vascular surgery, and more. Operating under a central collaborative model, this clinic has the capability to provide medication management services, optimizing treatment regimens and promoting medication adherence to improve patient outcomes.
